Plain English summary: We store your business information and third-party API credentials (encrypted). We use your data only to operate the service. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or train AI models on it. Customer review text you paste into the app is sent to Anthropic to generate a response — it is not stored by us after the response is returned.
ManagerAI ("we", "us", "our") is an independent software product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Domino's Pizza, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.
Account data: Name, email address, password (bcrypt hashed — never stored in plaintext), business name, and location address provided during onboarding.
Platform credentials: Third-party API keys and OAuth tokens you provide (Google Business Profile, Meta, Resend, Twilio). These are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We cannot read your credentials without your encryption key.
Content data: AI-generated content that you submit to the approval queue is stored in our database so you can review and approve it. Approved and rejected content is retained for your audit trail.
Billing data: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe Customer ID and Subscription ID, but we never receive or store your card details.
Usage data: Standard web server logs (IP addresses, request paths, timestamps) retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
When you paste a customer review or feedback into the app to generate a response, that text is transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate a response. We do not store the raw customer review text in our database — only the AI-generated response, once you choose to save it to your queue.
Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy. We use the API with zero-data-retention settings where available. We do not use customer review content to train any AI models.
No biometric data: We do not collect, process, or store voice prints, facial recognition data, or any other biometric information. This product does not use voice AI or any BIPA/CIPA-regulated data types.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

Third-party API credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key that is never stored in the database. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12). All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+.
No security measure is perfect. In the event of a breach affecting your credentials, we will notify you within 72 hours by email.
Account and content data is retained for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation (to allow reactivation). You may request immediate deletion by emailing us — all personal data and credentials will be purged within 7 days.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.
ManagerAI does not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) or any equivalent state law. We do not use voice AI, facial recognition, or any technology that captures physical or biological characteristics. This notice is provided for transparency.
We will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we make material changes. Continued use after 30 days of notification constitutes acceptance.
