By creating an account or using ManagerAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. ManagerAI is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Domino's Pizza, Inc.

ManagerAI provides an AI-assisted management platform for franchise operators. The service generates draft content (review responses, social posts, HR documents, emails, and reports) for review and approval by authorized users.

No content is published without your explicit approval. You are solely responsible for all content you approve and publish through the service.

• You must have the legal right to use any third-party platform credentials you provide to us (Google, Meta, Twilio, Resend).
• You are responsible for compliance with your franchise agreement, including any restrictions on third-party software or marketing tools imposed by your franchisor.
• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before approving it. We make no warranty that generated content is accurate, compliant with applicable law, or suitable for your specific situation.
• You must not use the service to generate content that is false, defamatory, harassing, or in violation of any third-party rights.

We strongly recommend reviewing Section 9 (technology and software) of your Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and consulting with your franchise attorney before purchasing a subscription.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Each module includes a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

AI-generated content produced by the service using your inputs is owned by you. We claim no ownership over content you generate or approve through the platform.

The ManagerAI platform, codebase, and brand are owned by us and may not be copied, resold, or reverse-engineered.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate. Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManagerAI's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service to harm others. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ManagerAI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
