AI systems, built to order

I build AI into businesses — one useful thing at a time.

Not a platform you have to learn. I look at how your business actually runs, find the place AI saves you the most time or money, and build that specific thing for you.

See it working first, free. I find your biggest time-sink and build a working proof of the fix on your real business, at no cost. If it earns its place we agree a price and I build it properly — and the first month of running it is free too. If it doesn’t, we shake hands and you’ve lost nothing.

How it works

  1. We talk for 30 minutes

About how your business runs day to day — where the hours go, what keeps getting dropped, what you’d hand off first if you could.

  2. I tell you what I’d build, before I build it

One page, in plain English: what it does, what it deliberately won’t do, and how we’ll know whether it worked.

  3. I show you it working — free

Before any money changes hands, I build a small working piece on your real business: replies drafted to your actual reviews, or a prototype answering questions your customers really ask. You see it work on your own data.

  4. You decide, then I build the real thing

If the proof earns it, we agree a fixed price in writing and I build it properly. First month of running it is on me — if it is not paying for itself by then, you stop.

What I can build

Everything here is built for your business specifically — your workflow, your voice, your customers. Nothing is a template you get dropped into.

Custom AI agents

An assistant that knows your business and does one job properly — answering inquiries, qualifying leads, handling FAQs, drafting replies. Built around how you actually do it.

Websites

Built from scratch and fast, whether that’s a fresh site, a rebuild of one aging badly, or a booking page that actually converts.

Marketing that writes itself

Social posts, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotions drafted in your voice on a schedule. You approve, it goes out.

Review & reputation systems

Every review answered thoughtfully, review requests sent at the right moment, and a real read on what customers keep telling you.

Workflow automation

The repetitive chain nobody wants to own — inquiry to quote to follow-up to invoice reminder — connected and running on its own.

Internal tools & dashboards

The thing you currently do badly in a spreadsheet, turned into something built for the job.

Your numbers, explained

An agent that reads your data and tells you in plain English what changed and what to do about it — instead of a dashboard nobody opens.

Documents on demand

Proposals, quotes, contracts, onboarding packets — generated in seconds from a few details instead of an hour of copy-paste.

Something not on this list

This is the point. If your bottleneck is specific and strange, that’s a better project than anything above — tell me what it is.

Who I am

I’m Avery Petersen, a computer science student at Villanova. Before this I spent several months designing, building, and shipping a full AI product — review automation, content generation, billing, the whole thing, live in production. This work is the same engine, pointed at one business at a time instead of sold as software.

I’m early, and I’m honest about that: I’m taking on a small number of businesses at founding-client rates because I want the case studies. What you get in exchange is someone who actually answers, builds what you asked for, and cares a great deal whether it works.

One principle I don’t bend on: nothing goes out to your customers without your approval. AI drafts, you decide, then it sends.

Proof I ship

ManagerAI

A complete AI platform I designed and built from scratch: it drafts review replies in a business’s own voice, generates social posts and email campaigns, and learns from every edit its owner makes. Real product, real infrastructure, live in production — billing, integrations, safety checks and all.

Google turned down API access for automatic review posting, so the owner still posts the finished reply themselves. I’d rather ship the honest version than pretend otherwise. I set accounts up personally — there’s no self-serve signup today.
